Workshop - Family Walk

 

You may have basic understanding on Trial Running through this course. We will also share with you the key messages and information via some basic exercises so that you can know more about how to run safely, especially on trails. We hope you can enjoy the trail running and share your happiness with your children.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Organizer reserves the right of limit and refuses any enrolment of the workshop.
  2. Participants and the parents/ guardians of participants aged under 18 should read, understand, agree to follow and accept the terms and conditions.
  3. Participants are responsible to arrange their own insurance cover for participating in the workshop. Participants who aged under 18 need to responsible by their parents/ guardians.
  4. Participants aged under 18 need to join together with their parents and get the permission for joining this workshop.
  5. The Organizer reserves the rights to refuse any entry to participate in the workshop for due to any inappropriate behaviour. 
  6. Participants and parents/ guardians must ensure that they and their children are physically fit to join the event workshop
  7. Participants need to wear suitable sports wear for joining this workshop, otherwise, the Organizer reserves the rights to refuse the entry of that participant.
  8. Participants should take note of social distancing. Each group of participants must consist of no more than four persons and remain at least 1.5 meters between groups, otherwise, participants should wear a mask. If not, the organizer reserves the right to refuse the enrolment.
  9. Participants should prepare for their supplies, food and drink by their own.
  10. Participants are required to take care of their personal property during the workshop. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss incurred from their participation in the workshop.
  11. The Organizer reserves the rights to cancel, change or delay the workshop on-site due to the adverse weather condition.
  12. The Organizer will notice the participants two hours before the workshop if cancel, change or delay the workshop on-site due to the adverse weather condition.
  13. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of the organizer.
  14. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
